Atmosphere, comradery, etc. My supervisors are very supportive and helpful. They do their best to make this a healthy environmental to work in mentally and physically.
Cons
When I started I was getting paid pretty low, but they have bumped my pay up quite a bit so I am a bit more comfortable with it. The biggest con I can think of is that it is a dangerous place to work because of the hazardous waste, and office bullying.
