      If you want to hide in a Government Organisation you can here. They are too immature to even know what performance management is!

      Cons

      A start up company run by amateurs who have just made their first management positions. A very poor culture and terrible place to work. They are obsessed with diversity at all costs. This company does not value people at all. There are very few internal opportunities, don’t waste your time with this woke virtue signalling company, run a mile it is an electrocuting place to work!

      Pros

      My direct manager (Technical lead / Sam) was very knowledgable, skilled and capable. We also had a very capable Test analyst in our team and if it wasnt for these two people who always work really hard, our teams product would fall apart.

      Cons

      This company would not survive if it was bot state owned. Unbelievable set of people in corporate. Aweful behaviours. Too much politics. No mature processes. Wasting money left and right.
