Excellent Place of Employment and Friendly Atmosphere - Loan Processor/Closer Clean Energy Credit Union Employee Review

Pros

Fun friendly atmosphere with room to grow. Co-workers are a pleasure to work with, non-toxic, and a source of knowledge. When employed at Clean Energy CU, training will be provided on processes and will provide plenty of time to understand the daily tasks that need to be completed. You won't be left to fend for yourself. And as a specialty Credit Union, you will be doing your part to help the environment as well.

Cons

Not too many Cons to say, although the main Con would be having 1/2-hour lunches. My previous place of employment had 1-hour lunches. However upper management is flexible and accommodating if a longer lunch hour is required.

Pros

Clean Energy Credit Union is making a difference in the fight to address climate change. We support individuals and families throughout the United State in their efforts to make their home green. That feels great at the end of the day. The employees and staff at Clean Energy are great people to work with. We have the same goal, to leave the world a better place. This common goal makes it rewarding to work here. There is a work from home/office hybrid model that is wonderful.

Cons

Clean Energy is a small credit union that has been growing leaps and bounds. Due to this growth and the demand there just never seems to be enough time in the day to get done what we hope to get done. Everyone is expected to do more and we have found this is not a good match for some individuals.

Pros

Benefits are pretty good, especially medical.

Cons

Way too political. They shove their politics down your throat. They also care more about diverse gender rather than good employees.
