Pros
Working with most cleaning companies I have found cleanliness and care are expected but not always guaranteed. In the few months I've been with Rocket Cleaner I have learned this is not the case. Management cares not only about their employees, but complete satisfaction from all customers. I genuinely enjoy coming into work and making a home inviting, fresh and flawless! The working environment of this company is out of this world; I love it!
Cons
Rocket Cleaner pays an average salary for cleaners. This is not a job that will pay more than most cleaning companies. Although this is probably obvious: if you don't enjoy cleaning, the job itself would be a con.
