      It is a good company with nice and knowledgeable people working for my department. The work life balance is good and the you are taken care of. The Company values the work you do.

      Cons

      Small company mentality with aspirations to act like a multi billion pounds conglomerate. There are structural and legacy issues within the Company that need to be dealt with before the company can grow.
