No trust on employees. If you join the company you will get to know 101 ways to micromanage your team. Everything is micromanaged at the peak. Your productive hours, your calls and everything. Asked to prepare and update hefty amount of documents. Send understanding email for the calls you join. A weekly review is conducted for all of your projects. Even though there are no complaints from the client you are handling. You will never be appreciated for any work you do. Salary raises? Don’t even think about it. Please donot be fooled with no firing policy. Instead you will be tortured to leave. Pay-cuts will also be done if you don't do anything they say. Advice to current employees is to up-skill and start looking for other job and leave the company.
