Benefits - requesting leave is far too tricky and inconsistent a process with lots of hoops to jump through, despite how much you contribute to the company - even if you are teaching 25+ hours a week! “No shows” - no financial compensation at all for preparing a resource and waiting 15 minutes in a zoom call, when a student doesn’t turn up.
