      They overload you with work, they don’t hire more employees, there are few opportunities for growth, and the annual salary increase is not good

      The colleagues are nice, they company has some benefits for the workers, the office is very centric.

      Cons

      very stressful department, always lacking staff, people have many responsibilties, the break is not included in the working time.
