Pros

There are no “politics” that run the environment. The director truly cares about his employees and not overworking/over tasking them. Counselors actually get to counsel clients and not just treat them like a dollar sign. We work great as a team, we all strive to help and support each other

Cons

The courts can be very controlling and not very understanding.

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
