Pros
Everyone is nice. In my experience, people work here for the right reasons. Supervisors try their best and do the best they can with what they have. I could tell they wanted more for us.
Cons
Pay is GOD AWFUL. Not a single one of us could live off the salary. The only way to make a living wage was to go over your minimum billable hours (incentive pay). We worked ourselves to death JUST to make barely 50k. Burnout is HUGE there and turnover rate is very high because nobody can afford to work there without either burning out or working a second job. Also there is little to no room for advancement.
