Pros

1. Nice values 2. Some of the managers are friendly

Cons

1. Managers are spacey, forgetful, and unprofessional 2. LOW LOW LOW Pay (pay you the very minimum) 3. HOURS ARE NOT GUARANTEED- they will tell you it's a full time job, but give you less than 20 hours a week. Also, when appointments cancel on you (which happens A LOT) you do not get reimbursed. Therefore, hours are VERY variable, which is impossible to depend on for those relying on paychecks to pay rent, buy gas, and buy groceries, etc. 3. EXCESSIVE driving 4. Poor compensation and benefits ***THIS COMPANY HAS A VERY HIGH TURN AROUND RATE. PAY ATTENTION TO FORMER EMPLOYEES

Pros

Pros-very relaxed with things like work hours. Remote employees can have your kids home with you as long as you get your work done.

Cons

Unrealistic productivity expectations, too many leadership changes, too many team meetings that are a waste of time.
