Pros
None to speak of from the company. The employees were great and hard working.
Cons
Unfortunately they have no appreciation for their people and routinely hire and fire managers. The worst part is that after they let go of a manager; the first thing that they do is roll back any raises that the individual approved during their tenure. Claiming that the manager did not have the authority to give raises.
