When they need to fill seats to get paid, they will hire anyone, skill is not necessary, turnover is ridiculous
Cons
The HR department, the people who have offices. They do not care about you as a person, all they care about is getting money from the contracts. Numerous times of traveling and not having reservations at hotels done like they said they would. Turnover of leadership positions, unclear expectations. Kept advertising about new workspace that never happened. Lots of promises. Advertised as Veteran owned, but definitely not Veteran operated. They just put his name on it to get better government contracts.
