Pros

– Nice, modern office – Clean and well-maintained workspace – Kitchen is nice, well-stocked and a good space to take breaks – Wages are decent

Cons

– Lawyers at the top make over $300K, while support staff handle everything at the bottom – Lawyers are supposed to be managers, but they don’t actually manage – All sick day requests, vacation requests, and meeting scheduling go through support staff – HR openly admitted they do whatever the lawyers want, even includes cleaning their dishes at the end of the day lol

Pros

None - if I could give 0 stars, I would.

Cons

- the firm has lost most of its business in the last two years - management is ruthless and could care less about you, even if you're a lawyer who's making them money (imagine how bad it is for support staff)

Pros

The only redeeming quality of this firm is there are fantastic people to collaborate with. It just takes some time to truly get to know them.

Cons

I am compelled to share my negative experience working as a legal administrative assistant at CW. The environment is dominated by epic micromanagement from HR resulting in a complete lack of communication and support. Decisions are made without input from staff, leaving many feeling undervalued and frustrated. HR not only seems incompetent but also plays favorites, creating an unfair and toxic atmosphere that breeds resentment. Furthermore, I witnessed bullying and aggressive behavior among peers, which has made the workplace incredibly hostile. The toxicity of this workplace has even led to multiple health incidents for me personally. I cannot stress enough how detrimental this experience has been. I would never recommend anyone to work here, as the culture and management practices are deeply concerning. This has been truly one of the worst experiences of my life.
