Pros
Pay is great. Management is very flexible if you communicate honestly with them. Paid time off and sick pay are generous and start after 60 days. They have a working open door policy - owner and upper level management will discuss any issue with any employee.
Cons
Most field personnel have to be on call at certain times, but double time for weekend work and time and half for after hours on weekdays help to take the sting out of that. Unfortunately, commercial kitchen equipment does not know what time or day it is.
