Still small and in need of resources to do some of the things we want to do!

The free lunches weren't bad. However, it seems like a ploy to try and make employees happy, when in reality the benefits stink and salary ranges are much to be desired.

It's a bad culture and work environment and favoritism exists. Top management is rarely onsite and that hurts the company. Sales team is poorly constructed and uniformed against target vertical. Additionally, if it weren't for a separate advertising / paid search company that Clarivoy owns and its revenue, they would be in the dead pool. Their core products aren't profitable and they scale their operations improperly.
