      Remote work, the patients are nice.

      Cons

      The practice is poorly managed, with frequent turnover among medical staff and multiple medical directors in a short period. Contracts are sometimes not honored, and staff payments can be delayed, which creates financial stress. Communication is disorganized and inconsistent, making it difficult to get answers or support. Overall, I would not recommend working here if you value stability and professional accountability.

      Easy job, flexible hours, good charting system

      The contract said I would get paid the month after a patient was billed for the visit. Clarity instead said they would wait 2 months. I was to be paid the 15th or the next business day. They paid me 1/17 and 2/21. They were supposed to give me 30 days notice when ending the contract but gave me 0. They were very difficult to work with, and the sad excuse for an HR ended the contract rather than pay me on time when I tried to hold them accountable. Also, there is pretty much no training for this position.

      Clarity Squared Behavioral has been in business since 2020. During that time, we have had contracts with numerous psychiatrists, psychiatric nurse practitioners and psychotherapists, several of whom have been with us for years. Sadly, the writer of this review did not work out, and also did not read their contract. At Clarity, we highly value our providers and support them comprehensively. So, we take these accusations very seriously. We invite the reviewer to contact Clarity management to clarify this matter. This review does not reflect how Clarity interacts with our valued providers, and we are determined to make sure our clinicians are fairly treated and properly supported to thrive with us.
