During my time at he company, there was constant micromanagement and employees were never trusted to make decisions or perform their roles. This created an atmosphere of fear where employees felt undervalued and constantly walked on eggshells.
The owner also had little understanding of the day-to-day operations of the company. Decisions were frequently out of touch with the realities of the job, often causing confusion and disruption. This lack of awareness made it impossible to move forward as a team and created inefficiencies that were never addressed.
To make matters worse, there were multiple instances that raised concerns about compliance, particularly regarding HIPAA, billing practices, and employee compensation. This blatant disregard for both employee well-being and client rights is deeply concerning.
In conclusion, if you value a positive, ethical, and well-managed work environment, I would strongly encourage you to look elsewhere. The owner’s toxic management style, lack of understanding of operations, and questionable ethical standards make this company an unsafe and risky place to work. The challenges at this company made it difficult for employees to thrive, and the overall management and operational practices need major improvement.
