Pros

There are no pros. The company is a joke!

Cons

Talent leaves quickly at all levels. People get promoted to fill quotas. I worked for 3 of the worst facility managers I ever saw. The last one is a complete imbecile, and got the role for one reason. People are treated horribly. There is only one thing and that is numbers, and no ones opinions matter.

High Impact Role – HR Coordinators play a direct role in ensuring employees are paid correctly, policies are followed, and issues are addressed quickly—making the role critical to daily operations. Collaboration Across Departments – The position regularly interacts with supervisors, payroll, EHS, finance, vendors (e.g., uniforms), and leadership, building strong cross-functional communication skills. Compliance & Legal Knowledge Growth – Exposure to ADA, Title VII, FMLA, attendance policies, and internal investigations strengthens employment law and compliance expertise. Cons

Fast‑Paced and High‑Pressure Environment – Manufacturing operations run on strict production schedules, creating constant urgency and pressure to resolve issues quickly. Shift‑Based Operations – Nontraditional hours, rotating shifts, weekends, or early mornings can impact work‑life balance, especially for HR and support roles. Strict Compliance Requirements – Heavy regulation related to safety (OSHA), environmental standards, labor laws, and audits increases accountability and stress.
