Too many to list, but let’s start with:
1. Completely disengaged CEO
2. PE Firm, Brookfield, calls all the shots and makes terrible decisions
3. This is a global company solely focused on US issues. Ironically where they focus is where they do the worst. The closer to corporate /Brookfield, the worse off they perform
4. Lack of investment in their people or their plant equipment…working with equipment from the 1970s
5. If you’re smart or want to drive meaningful strategic change, be prepared to be let go
6. Consistent churn of senior leadership, they continue to leave…. Jumping ship from the top
7. Last two external C-Suite hires are questionable at best, unethical at worst… but given the average tenure of new senior leader hires they will be gone within a year
8. DEI is a joke here. Senior leadership gives it lip service but no true action or investment.
9. Lack of transparency or honest communication from senior leadership and Brookfield
10. Lack of leadership, at every level
