Employees looked at as evil - Anonymous employee Clallam County, WA Employee Review

The whole time I worked at Clallam I felt spoiled. Had only worked in the private sector before. Benefits were All Time. Felt Heard by the Commisioners. Being treated so well here, it inspired me to work harder for the taxpayers who paid my salary. My Supervisor was The Best. I felt like almost everyone in that office truly had the Taxpayers’ best interests at heart . Also lots of Humor!

They baited us with more Floaters if you got The Jab. Two extra a year. Oh Hell No. There was one other office we worked closely with could have been better Team Players with mine. They would want Your help with some intel, but it was ‘policy’ they couldn’t share with us similar info. Also our office had no private bathroom.

Extremely generous salaries and retirement packages are available for some lifetime devotees.
