Pros
I would say its one of best IT company you can work for long term due to the following factors. 1.Work life balance: Company always equal importance to work and family life of each and every employee. Management always empathize with people when they are going through difficult situation and provides possible support. Yes, They do care their employees. 2. No bench concept: Employees won't be assigned to bench once a project is over. Instead, the LM will try to find out another matching oppurtnities for the employee and he/she will be assigned to it. 3.Yearly hike: provides fair hike to employees every year. So far its very consistent. 4.Leave plans: Leave policies are far better than other IT companies. 5.Work Allocation: Tasks are assigned to employees so that they are given enough time to complete the task.
