Loss of good colleagues amid huge layoffs - Technical Support Civica Employee Review

Civica have gone through huge change, removing a lot of long term staff members through redundancy. The 2nd redundancy tranche in 2 years. I even heard from a senior HR person that there was an active push to get rid of 'Old Civica'. The push for AI and what is new, is outwieghing the issues they have with the old software. They want to be GovTech champions, but the software is so buggy now due to terrible decisions made, loss of experts and bad management, that the challenge is insurmountable. Avoid this company. The pay is tiny in comparison to the market, the stress is enormous. Everyone is pretty much new, as you can see form the positive reviews, the negative reviews, are always from long service colleagues. They are a company driven by slogans, buzzwords, and sales. They are not interested in skilled SME people.
