Pros

No pros, but since there's a 20 word minimum for this space I had to type something. But truly, there's nothing good that can come from being associated with this company. Zero stars if that was an option here.

Cons

Don't let the new name and phony positive reviews fool you. This is not a startup and it's not a 5-star company. This is the former Civic Resource Group and the rebrand (as well as the 3 reviews before this one) has been crafted in an attempt to hide how terrible this company is and has been for a long time. The executive "team" is a bumbling embarrassment, the egotistical and stubbornly ignorant founder/CEO doesn't know the first thing about technology, and the flagship product is.. well, no one really knows what it is because it doesn't really exist. There's lots of shiny marketing material to distract you from that, though, and a creepy & uncomfortable laugh from the incompetent CTO if you confront him with that fact! The whole operation is a scam, in my opinion. Lies, blame, and chaos abound while this company repeatedly fails to fulfill contracts and drives away long-time customers, as well as skilled employees that inevitably question the company's poor ethics or erratic business strategies. Fortunately, unemployment is a bittersweet relief for those free of the insanity. Stay away. You've been warned. This place is bad news. There are many, many, many other places to work that are better than this one. Read the reviews for Civic Resource Group here on Glassdoor if you need more convincing.
