Pros
The manager allowed me to rotate on different teams: marketing, data and QA, which gave me well-rounded skill sets. Occasional BBQ on the balcony was fun.
Cons
Pay isn't that good; and because it's a startup, people come and go all the time, which was a bit confusing and chaotic.
