Pros
The temporary trades and labour team genuinely excels. You would be hard-pressed to find a group that is as dedicated, knowledgeable, and efficient. The consultants are true grafters and the real strength of the business. Supportive colleagues within the team, particularly Emma, who consistently demonstrated professionalism and care.
Cons
Significant mismanagement within the permanent team. Poor internal communication and constantly shifting expectations. Concerns raised in good faith were dismissed, leaving employees feeling diminished for advocating for themselves. Ongoing “internal changes” resulted in multiple departures, including four colleagues aligning with my own exit.
