-Too much pressurized work load as well as torturing infront of all team members in work place for a specific employee specially by top management person. -They do not give a money to Employee who is basically in poor IT culture or not knowledegable about some working process. -Poor communications of all top management level employee in all department. -Organization professional level is just about displayed like show case but in a real situation professional level is too much different. -All Policy is changed every week. -They treated with Employee like a Robot. -Lots of politics over working as well as over salary increment and your work performance. -No any proper place for eating food. -No any proper timing for a general meetings every occasions in a immediate action within 15 minutes or less time scheduled on Employee leaving time of office. So,Employee must have to wait otherwise he or she has to answer all questions or else considered as a warning and then performance issue occured by them.
