Toxic ,Conflict-ridden environment, conflict resolution strategy is non-existing. Environment has a culture of nepotism, ageism, sexism and bullying. There are more complaints and grievances filed against one individual, but his behavior is tolerated. Unethical tactics to cover up and or have formal complaints and grievances drop is a norm. Department s that operated for years with a staff of 4 now has 15. Resulting in the worst reduction of services to date. Senior Staff missing the basics in technology. Infighting among the Senior Staff is the norm. Entire teams are guided into practices that hinder productivity and performance. Many of the employee’s often experience feelings of frustration, anger and a lack of fulfillment. The high turnover rates suggest management treats employees as easily replaceable.
