Pros
Highmark benefits but employer will NOT contribute for HSA benefits .so basically no pros.
Cons
They hire the US citizens as full time & provide an internal contract role for an year or 6 months with their only one client highmark , so once if there is layoff of contracts from the client they let go of you (which they initially hires as a fulltime employee). they dont have any concrete clients not contigency plan for the full-time employee. the term FTE is completely misused within this organization. please dont get cheated with this word. They are a staffing firm restaffing to their clients on a contract & will be let go if there is no contracts. Also once if your internal contract is completed you have to go thru rounds & rounds of interviews for other clients if any or if any C2C. or prob its all just a mock interview to keep you hopeful. Not a good place to work for. PTO policies sucks too ... if there is a serious emergency like life threatening death happening at your home & if you ask your manger on a Loss of pay or PTO, he will say to sit & work that's how soulless they are & careless otherwise he will start creating warning in your performance reviews. Total bs.
