Pros

Tips are great ($10/hour-$20/hour) at all of the accounts and you get scheduled at most of the accounts when you start out. Promotion to shift lead occurs quite quickly once you gain the trust of management. The staff is very fun to work with and camaraderie makes the repetition of the job manageable. Scheduling is very fair, ask for time off in advance and you will get it. You basically create your own weekly repetitive schedule. The clientele is very professional and you get to experience the lifestyle of the 1% (and drive their cool cars). This is a great college job or a job if you need quick cash. Also pretty lucrative if you work 5+ shifts per week.

Cons

Some of the veterans have claimed stake to particular accounts which does not allow newer or even experienced staff to work the most profitable accounts. The job gets to be monotonous since you give most clientele the same speech, "welcome to __, can I have your last name" for example, and parking cars in the same places night after night..

Pros

The people you work with are incredible. The company culture promotes positivity and life improvement. The team spends time together at work and outside of work. I have never worked for such a professional valet company. Wear your uniform with pride because customers recognize us from all of the restaurants, clubs, and event centers we cater to. There is great earning potential at every account you work. Customer service is #1 and everybody strives to impress the customer.

Cons

Always hoping for new accounts. CV is well-established at a few accounts in Downtown Minneapolis. The team always wishes there were more accounts to work. More accounts means more flexibility with schedule and more available shifts.

Pros

Everyone in the company is intelligent, and can work very well with people.

Cons

This is probably the best valet company in the Twin Cities, but more accounts would be appreciated.
