      Good work , opportunity to learn

      Cons

      Management could be toxic sometimes, no proper training channel . Have to rely on co worker for trainer which is worst as it depends on the nature of person . And mostly that person don't train properly because he dont want same team member to be better than him

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
