Worst company - Senior Developer Citco Employee Review

1. No proper road map about project 2. Most of the people don't know anything 3. company main ofc is in toranto, CA.. the people in toranto is keeping dependencies on them and they won't pass things to the people in india 4. they intentionally keeps the tasks/PR on hold 5. Not even have cafeteria/ they are removing everything and saying cost cutting 6. lot of politics in ofc 7. managers wont even satisfied if you give your 200% 8. Mass layoffs.. i have seen the whole team is been removed recently but HR says we are not like other companies. 'we wont even do layoffs' 9. the people joining in this organisation and moving to other with in months by knowing situation 10. Micro-management is there.. they will monitor your login time and how much time you spent on a task Son't waste your time and spoil your career joining here
