      Pros

      You get free beverages and free beer after 5pm....which most people don't care about anyways

      Cons

      Work-life balance is horrible They will hire anyone, so you are often training and working with people who don't know what's going on Manager is hit or miss - you'll either get someone absent or someone micromanaging...doesn't seem to be much middle ground Pay is low A lot of skipped lunches, and late nights

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
