Great place to learn after undergrad. But probably not the best career. Not much growth potential

Cons

compensation is low, no bonuses, management plays favourites, alot of overtime as an accountant

Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

Cons

Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
