      Pros

      struggling here, Loads of overtime without pay if manager level and above. Loads of overtime for everyone else with little pay.

      Cons

      No bonus or pay inclements worth talking about. No work/ life balance. management prefer to think families don't exist. Would not recommend to anyone. If you want to be miserable this company is for you.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
