      Free insurance for employee and family, pension plan, minimum 3 weeks vacation, good working conditions compared to other places

      Cons

      No salary scale, unfair selection for promotions, raises, opportunity offers, small bonuses and in the past 4 years sometimes NO BONUS, senior management's communication is lacking and at times unintentionally insulting

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
