      Pros

      It is a good entry level job which enables you know most common financial instruments. The company buys commercial insurance for you and your direct family member.

      Cons

      Too specialized to learn more knowledge outside of reconciliation. Have to spend all eight hours staring at two computer screens.

      Pros

      Its best to work here for a few years and gain experience elsewhere.

      Cons

      Company went from 2 days on-site to now 3 days on-site, i dont mind it but this company has low morale and all the employees are sick of this place now. If you want a high salary but no opportunity to advance this is the place for you. 80% of the company is senior level and no room for growth or promotional opportunities.
