      Pros

      Some leaders actually know what they are doing, but are ignored by executive leadership

      Cons

      Our prices are too high and we can’t compete with our competitors. Smart people with industry experience are ignored, leaving or layed off and replaced by people that caused the problems in the first place. If we do actually sell something, we are told it can’t be implemented

      Pros

      Great team members, love the remote working environment, and recognition for hard work is common. The company is doing very well managing through the tough economic environment even though difficult decisions are being made to adjust to the marketfluctuations.

      Cons

      Can be difficult to stay connected with remote work and some leaders are better at it than others. More consistent communications from the top would be ideal.

      Remote work, good people, unlimited time off if you are able to use it.

      Cons

      Little recognition for people who put in long hours and want the company to succeed. 2% annual raises don't offset cost of living increases.
