Pros
Pay and benefits, especial ESPP and company car, which most people are eligible for. Also the spirit within the technical team and consultants are still going strong, workplace ethics are strictly enforced and looked at, there is also budget for appreciating others work as well as team activities. Also contact to my direct managers is always great, they have an open ear for issues, may it be work or customer related, and request for time of are usually granted without problems.
Cons
The usual things when a former startup has grown very very big. Communication from upper management is mostly based on sales numbers only, making it hard to identify with if you are not working in sales. Also, the old mistake of measuring performance and customer satisfaction by surveys only, with thresholds that are mainly US based and often conflict with mentalities in other parts of the world.
