Pros

If you do your job well you get to do other people’s job as well and you don’t get anything for it.

Cons

Benefits suck, training is a joke, if you ask the training department for help you get a condescending response back, HR is a joke she doesn’t even have a degree, HR complaints go to insperity that is paid for by the company so of course they take their side, Steve Heimler the president is a hypocrite and the core values are a joke. Loyalty means nothing to him when you have someone that gives up a property because they are “stressed” then decides to quit he gives them a promotion. He says people should be treated the same however he has his favorites and it shows. He also has an individual that has failed three shops and still is employed however he terminated others that fail one and then finds reasons to take points away for another shop. Corporate is a joke and is not helpful, the accountants are nice. He listens to individuals in his company that spread lies and never investigates them. I was accused by two people of being in a clique because they didn’t like me and he just believed them. When in fact they were the ones bullying people. Great job on promoting those two! They have what I believe is a conflict with gay individuals as they terminated two individuals that were gay and made my life miserable to where I just gave notice because I know my value and went to another company to make more money. Don’t work for this company the owner/president doesn’t follow his own core values. They will change policy but not reflect it in their standards of operation you are supposed to magically know it changed.

Pros

The company empowers its community managers, provides strong support, and fosters an environment where employees are trusted to make decisions that positively impact their properties and residents. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive, and I have found the company to be committed to both employee success and operational excellence.

Cons

I have been with Cirrus Asset Management for 10 months and, at this time, I do not have any cons to report. My experience has been very positive, and I appreciate the trust, support, and autonomy provided to community managers.

Pros

Warmest, most people-centric company I've ever worked for. Employees across all levels of the org incredibly welcoming, collaborative, and genuinely invested in helping one another succeed. Outstanding tenure throughout the company, indicative of the strong positive culture, incredible leadership, and overall employee experience. Very solid sense of loyalty, stability, and pride in the org. It's clear leadership has created an environment where people feel valued and supported. Company is continuing to grow and scale, but there's still an emphasis on relationships, responsiveness, and doing right by both employees and residents within the properties. Totally refreshing environment where so many people truly enjoy working together and where long-term careers are clearly encouraged and supported.

Cons

Very few cons to note. As the org continues to grow, there are opportunities to further streamline systems, processes, and cross-functional accountability structures to support scalability and operational consistency. Leadership appears highly tuned into growth opportunities and committed to continuous improvement.
