Pros

Some team members are supportive and cooperative. Got to learn basic concepts at the start. Exposure to pharmaceutical domain.

Cons

No proper management or guidance for interns. Roles and tasks keep changing frequently without clear communication. Lack of structured learning or defined responsibilities. Very little support or feedback from seniors. No proper documentation or clarity in work process.

Pros

Salary on time. You will find best people for life. Alot to learn if you're a fresher (Only if you have the attitude giving the best even if it pushes you down). Friendly environment. As you can see I'm writing this review after 5 years which means the experience that I've gained from this company is still helping. I will always be grateful to this organization but that doesn't mean you won't have bad days here. You really need to work hard here if you want to get the best out of it. The company will always push to your limits (for me I think it's the best to bring out your true potential). And many friendly activities.

Cons

You might find many at the heat of the moment but given a time you'll eventually start loving it. Pressure is going to be there all the time not kidding but it's okay. Starting salary might be less but once you gain knowledge and prove yourself, sky is the limit (My own experience). You get backed for your skills and not buttering.

Pros

Nothing good there is just one sensible person Mr. bhavesh parikh

Cons

1)Your manager and team lead will come office at 11 or 12 and u have to report at 9.30, and they expect u to wait till 9 2)Pathetic work culture, no documentation, no process followed, every thing will be done in verbal manner with any instruction, managers will play KBC without options. 3)Manager or team lead with give the time on his assumption , max u will get is just one week for a module 4)existing application don't work, projects are live will 100 of bugs and errors 5)Hr team and managers are teamed up and do politics with freshers 6)Person with good knowledge and if he is growing good in company, they do politics and at the end he resigns. 7)Managers and team lead don't want any one to stay in company and make there base 8)Managers is short term memory lost 9)Team lead is drug addict 10)Sit at home or work in startup but don't come here , they will take your result for 2 year and appraisal is very very less
