      Great coworkers and work atmosphere, often there is downtime and great interactions with residents, meaningful, fulfilling work

      Cons

      Management doesn't value its employees, isn't willing to invest much in them because entry level role is seen as a revolving door

      Pros

      I loved clients and staff I worked with. The programs are excellent. I loved working there!

      Cons

      At the time, it wasn't the best work/home balance for people, but I've heard it's changed since I was there. I wasn't there in 2021 but that was the oldest year Glassdoor would let me choose.
