      None that I can see so far! There cannot be negatives when Circula has invested in my career development from the start!

      Work-life balance quite good You get to use some of the benefits Circula offers You can choose if you work in the office or at home Transparent all-hands meetings with the founders

      Sadly the pay is lower than average

      - Transparency in everything, including company finances - Great remuneration - Great leadership - Very friendly team - Bi-annual team meetings in Berlin - Interesting product
