Pros

If you’re desperate for money and need a job they’ll likely hire you with no vetting. If you’re comfortable with doing unethical medical practices.

Cons

FNP’s and PA’s practicing outside of their scope of practice pretending to be psychiatrists. Never even ran into so much as a psychiatric nurse. One part time physician psychiatrist who does office hours, but takes no responsibility nor does he see patients. Pay is low. Commitment is high and you better like getting feedback one every single patient you see. You’re told to have a low threshold for prescribing stimulant narcotics. Legal way to prescribe crack to rich people. They accept no Medicaid patients. Not going to deal with the poor. The diversity of their employees and patients is seriously lacking. Hostile work environment. They provide minimal training and then respond negatively if you do something wrong even though they didn’t train you in it.

Pros

low home studio investment required. no one checks on you ever.

Cons

Do all these patients have ADHD and need amphetamines? The upper staff turned over entirely with no transparency. Requests for help are expected to be answered by other clinical staff.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate hearing from current and former team members, as it helps us identify areas where we can improve. We're glad to hear that onboarding was smooth and that our remote work model provided flexibility. At the same time, we're sorry to learn that your experience with communication, support, and organizational transparency did not meet your expectations. Over the past year, we have continued to evolve our leadership structure, clinical support resources, and communication practices as we scale. We recognize that periods of growth and change can create challenges, and we are committed to improving. We value the contributions of our team and are dedicated to building an environment where providers feel heard, supported, and connected to our mission of improving access to high-quality healthcare. Thank you again for your feedback, and we wish you continued success.
