Pros
Centrally located offices. Workshops and conferences overseas once a year, so you can travel. You can run errands during office hours, if you make up for it later.
Cons
No work life balance. You will be called on weekends and after hours to boost project delivery, when there's no emergency and nothing needs fixing. Underpaid for the amount of work. Targets keep increasing. Commission structure changes all the time. Result is Cint makes you jump through hoops to get your bonuses, and try to get out of paying your bonus any chance they get. So dishonest. Lots of work. You'll be expected to fill the gaps; sometimes they don't hire for 2 months even though they acknowledge that you need a new team member. Unrealistic sales targets coming from board of directors that are completely disconnected from the reality of the industry and from customers. Hypocrite company that pretends to care and to be a forward-thinking Scandinavian business. The reality is that everyone is just a pawn, just ask the former CEO.
