Pros

Hybrid schedule and no mandatory office days. The team is very supportive and senior leadership are great resources and very helpful.

Cons

Some processes need approval from people multiple levels above you so that can be a slower process

Pros

The word that came up the most in my interview process was collaboration, and I have seen this in my first 3 months on the team. I truly enjoy working with every cross-functional partner. Also, even though there are many long-tenured folks on the team, there is a strong culture around documentation, which I deeply appreciate as it makes it so much easier to learn. I also very much appreciate the leadership at this company -- the strategic direction is the clearest I've ever experienced in my tech career.

Cons

Compensation is not very competitive with the industry my product competes in, specifically with a lack of stock options or ESPP, which have been typical throughout my tech career. It's also the first time in 8 years I don't have unlimited vacation (which has its pros and cons). But given where I am in my career, I was willing to make this trade-off. However, we may struggle to attract top talent in the future.
