      Pros

      Great opportunities to evolve, artists are very good, good salary and projects are getting better every time.

      Cons

      Leadership isnt the best. Higher management tends to hire friends that arent great at the job. Its creating some frustration because these people end up in leadership position but are not qualified for it.

      Great equipment, great team feeling

      Cons

      Start up feel (at the time) with growing pains as far as communicating with London. Leaps and bounds improvements to today, I'm sure.

      Coffee, (mostly) nice coworkers, new facilities

      Cons

      They'll bring you in from anywhere in the world and dump you when they're done with you. Very low encouragement of creativity. Low wages. No support. No clue. Taking this job is one of my biggest regrets.
