Numerous red flags, obvious micromanagement, lack of transparency, cold/zero empathy/compassion (obvious self serving upper management) Lack of any office camaraderie, banter, overall very boring and dull office scene Weak/ineffective training, in other words must learn role completely on your own Little or zero opportunity for upward mobility - low glass ceiling set at onset of employment Work location inconvenient Very risky job security - management manipulation clearly evident
