I love that the mangers are accommodating based on what other needs are going on in your life.

Sometimes you have really long nights as a coordinator but you do get your pay risen for it.

Fun work environment, different things to do (not anymore from what i've heard), cool incentives, easy pace.

A good amount of drama as it is mainly highschool/college kids and some mean middle aged people. Management does not like to listen to it's leaders and fires some people for drama but not others. A little messy
