Pros

It’s all about the people. They are smart, down to earth, fun and supportive. Lots of veterans. Leaders are approachable. CIs success and amazing culture clearly comes from the top. The work is challenging but meaningful. Great compensation and benefits. A huge amount of people retire from this company. Always a good sign when you see this many people with 30 and 40 years of service.

Cons

All normal cons. Dealing with COVID can be challenging even working remote when calling on clients. Having competing priorities can sometimes make it hard to focus. Can be fast paced sometimes. Company is transitioning systems this year and the company has really been growing so there are a lot of new employees still learning jobs.

We also agree that COVID has been a challenge as an essential business over the last two years. We understand your statement that there has been a lot of change in the organization as we have hired over 100 people last year and teammates are learning new jobs. We are actually excited about our technology changes and transitioning to our new ERP system in the next 18 months as well.
